WE PROTECT
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

iHaveit's Marketplace Safe artificial intelligence automatically blacklists and prevents selling of unauthorised physical inventory, stopping the listings, promotions and sales of counterfeit, unofficial and bootleg inventory. Marketplace Safe protects artist intellectual rights ownership and protects Marketplaces and Sellers from legal risks.

The Marketplace Safe application also blocks offensive and restricted products, such as inventory that glorifies hatred, violence, sex, discrimination, and self-harm, ensuring iHaveit and other Marketplaces are a safe place to buy and sell.

THE ISSUES
WE RESOLVE

Independent retail stores and sellers are struggling to successfully sell online

Consumer buying patterns are adapting as the internet, smartphones and marketplaces technology advance. Amazon, eBay, Facebook and other marketplaces are the 'go to' online buying place for consumers. It takes a lot of time and cost for sellers to list inventory on marketplaces, who can charge large fees, hurting profits.

From the early 2000's, sellers have built web sites to try and sell their inventory, however web sites have become less relevant for most stores because Google and Facebook promote stores who pay for priority viewing. It can take years to build a sustainable repeat customer base from web sites, meaning massive marketing fees for low returns, for years.

Sellers need to focus on buying, selling and shipping product. Transitioning from instore sales to also offering online sales can be a significant cost, to list, to manage and to control inventory. Online marketplaces and buyers need to see images of each item for sale, and details of the artist or author, the item title, barcodes or catalogue numbers, descriptions of the item, conditions of the item and much more which takes an extraordinary amount of time. And once sold, the seller needs to remove the item from all online stores asap to remove the risk of duplicate sales.

Multi-marketplace selling processes and procedures can overwhelm sellers, with the need to real-time sync and manage inventory. Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces have a commercial expectation that the inventory will be available when sold, and require consumer concerns and requests to be quickly resolved. Sellers are quickly suspended from marketplaces if issues get out of control, or if they accidentally list restricted or unauthorised inventory.

iHaveit has resolved these issues for sellers.

iHaveit automates the end-to-end sales listing and promotion’s function, including real-time syncing of inventory across many platforms.

iHaveit removes the long term costly journey of sellers building sustainable online web sales.

iHaveit's artificial intelligence translates seller inventory data spread sheets into comprehensive detailed listing information that iHaveit, marketplaces that buyers need, then automatically lists seller inventory on iHaveit and other marketplaces.

An seller spread sheet inventory file typically includes only the artist name, title, catalogue number, condition description and price. iHaveit translates sellers spread sheets into comprehensive product listing details including images, tracks and a large range of information that helps buyers search and find items for sale. iHaveit enables sellers to bulk list a few items or thousands of items for sale, within seconds, resolving the issues of how to quickly and easily enable web sales.

iHaveit resolves the marketplaces policies, processes, and procedures, by firstly checking inventory is compliant for sales on marketplaces, (stopping listings of bootleg, counterfeit and other compliance needs, and provides a comprehensive dashboard that translates marketplace sales orders, messages, returns, complaints, and inventory control.

Some of our many testimonials regarding iHaveit

Acoustic Soup - Chorley, Lancashire UK - Ken Williams says from a standing start what iHaveit have achieved is remarkable, now our favourite partner and our preferred route to the Vinyl collectors market. iHaveit have boosted our sales by 25%, and enabled us to reach a demographic that in the past has been elusive to us.

The iHaveit systems and processes are user friendly and there are none of the usual nagging doubts about if and when we'll get paid. Payments are real-time at time of sale confirmation, quick and trouble free. Anyone selling vinyl or any other music media needs to be with iHaveit.

Acoustic Soup has over 70,000 items for sale, dealing in rare and collectable vinyl records, one of the best collections in the UK, they are a mail order only dealer.

Action Records -Gordon Gibson says Action Records joined iHaveit last year and have already sold over 2,000 records on their platform. We were encouraged by the simplicity of bulk listing and selling inventory, and the hands-on support offered to make selling as simple and easy as possible. We have noticed that IHaveit buyers are purchasing both collectable and nostalgic records from us, which has helped us move a lot of items that typically do not sell on other platforms.

There is an open collaboration between Action Records and iHaveit. Working closely together has helped us both make this a easy way to sell a lot more of our inventory.

Action Records was established in 1979, with over 100,000 items for sale. We starting off on a stall in Blackpool, just as the independent music scene was emerging. From there we soon opened a site in Preston, where we have been ever since. We are members of all specialist independent chains; therefore we are offered all limited editions and special offers including quantity on all Record Store Day releases.

Beverly Records - Jack Dreznes says iHaveit has been a lifesaver for Beverly Records during the lockdowns and shutdowns. We have tripled our mail order business and have recommended the site to other sellers. Trying to list our extensive inventory on eBay or Discogs would have taken forever on our own, but IHaveit automated the process to easily process orders and receive immediate payment. Beverly Records have an extensive collection of over 57,000 used records, a family focused business since 1967.

Bulltrax Records - Fred Bullard says “Partnering with iHaveit has been a huge success. Their system easily imported our 150,000 item used vinyl inventory and drastically increased our volume of online sales by exceeding our volume on other well known platforms like Amazon. I highly recommend iHaveit to my fellow record shop owners.”

Bull Trax Records has an inventory of nearly 150,000 used LPs, CDs and 45s specializing in obscure and hard to find titles.

CMS - Shropshire in the UK - Chris Smith says: iHaveit has provided a platform for both listing music and also a mechanism to bulk upload to eBay. This has resulted in us being able to sell stock that has been otherwise difficult to sell. Their platform has enabled us to already sell nearly 2000 additional items. iHaveit have supported us in promoting our listings and they have been open to suggestions about ways in which improvements could be made. CMS is a UK premier on-line music store with over 100,000 items in stock. CMS Music is an established mail order business based in the heart of Shropshire, UK, selling music to all parts of the world since 1992. Daddypop - Andrew Fawcett says “We have worked closely with the team at iHaveit over the past year and it now forms a valuable part of our distribution strategy. Stock which moved slowly on the other platforms sells consistently well and the fulfillment process keeps our costs and administrative overhead to a minimum” “For established sellers and Record Stores selling used Vinyl via eBay can be a challenge. iHaveit have successfully addressed this by translating the often arcane terminologies of the Vinyl Marketplace – where ‘Good’ does not mean Good – for example, to mainstream non-specialist buyers” “We hold a fast moving stock of over 60,000 pre-loved titles across Vinyl and CD. Working with the Team at iHaveit automates the sales, inventory and fulfillment process, presenting our products to a much larger and wider global marketplace at the lowest possible cost and effort” Andrew Fawcett, Founder
